March 18, 2010 (Chinavestor) China Mobile (NYSE:CHL), the largest mobile carrier in the world by number of subscribers, reported 2009 full year financials today. Revenues reached RMB 452.1 billion ($66.226 billion) representing an increase of +9.8% from 2008. Net profit grew +2.3% to RMB 115.2 billion ($16.875 billion) the same time. The number of subscribers totaled 522 million, an increase of +14.2% from last year. Additionally, the company pays out handsome dividend to shareholders.But the best is yet to come. Most of the improvement took place in the second half of the year, suggesting the slowdown in the first half of 2009 was temporary. Now combining a resumption of growth with sluggish stock price improvement throughout 2008-2009, the $50/share looks like a bargain...
