June 28, 2012 (Chinavestor) Stocks fell in Asia on Thursday as uncertainty about Europe's financial health grew. The Hang Seng Index (INDEXHANGSENG:.HSI) fell 151.7 points or 0.8% reversing two days of gains earlier the week. The decline was universal in Hong Kong, stocks that fell outnumbered those that advanced eight to one among components of the 42 member Hang Seng Index (INDEXHANGSENG:.HSI).
There was a broad sell-off in Shanghai as well. The Shanghai Composite Index (SHA:000001) fell 21.1 points or 1.0% with only tren percent of large cap stocks advancing on the mainland. Visit the chart below to find individual stocks that moved big on Thursday.
